The Village of Oak Brook reviews plans, issues building permits and inspects construction to help ensure that property improvements comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations and engineering standards.

Requirements may depend on the project’s location, size, materials, structural design and effect on drainage, utilities, floodplains, easements, setbacks and neighboring properties.
